William Pappas CEO

William Pappas, Founder and CEO of Care Chain Consultants, brings nearly two decades of operational leadership from the frontlines of emergency services, healthcare operations, and supply chain management. Early in his career at Northwestern Medical Group in Chicago, William was given the opportunity to build and optimize the supply systems for the organization’s first immediate care clinics — designing supply models based on projected patient volumes and refining operations as real-world needs evolved. This experience planted the foundation for his understanding of how strategic supply chain systems directly impact operational success.

After relocating to Florida, William contributed to improving inventory management systems within healthcare training programs at Florida Southwestern State College. His work focused on streamlining inventory processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and reducing waste — reinforcing his passion for creating scalable, high-functioning supply solutions. Alongside his work in healthcare operations, William expanded his entrepreneurial experience by founding a specialty coffee company. This journey later evolved into a strategic partnership with Twenty1 Coffee, where William now serves as a silent partner. Experiencing firsthand the disruptions in global and national supply chains during this period sharpened his vision and underscored the critical need for resilient, intelligent supply systems.

This cumulative experience — from optimizing healthcare supply chains to navigating international logistics — became the catalyst for founding Care Chain Consultants. Today, William leads the company with a singular focus: helping organizations protect their time, capital, and operational strength by building supply systems that are agile, precise, and built to thrive under pressure.

Hunter O'Leary COO

Hunter O'Leary, Chief Operating Officer of Care Chain Consultants, brings a sharp operational mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to the company’s leadership team. Beginning his career within Florida Southwestern State College’s American Heart Association Program, Hunter quickly took on leadership responsibilities, managing program operations, overseeing budgets, coordinating supply chain logistics, and supporting the development of medical simulation education initiatives. This hands-on experience gave him a rare, full-spectrum view of healthcare supply chains — from pre-hospital field operations to emergency departments, to the critical role of education and simulation in preparing medical providers.

Through his work at FSW, Hunter developed a deep appreciation for how supply systems directly impact organizational performance, financial outcomes, and patient care. Driven by a strong commitment to personal and professional development, Hunter has pursued ongoing self-education in business strategy, operations management, and leadership — building a foundation rooted in discipline, stoic principles, and long-term thinking.
